The catalyst for CEVHAP's formation was a Policy Workshop on Hepatitis B held in Beijing in March 2010 during which delegates recognised the need for cohesive action across the region to raise awareness amongst policymakers about the health, social and economic impact of viral hepatitis.
CEVHAP will support the development of research projects that help inform policy solutions that will drive change, to the longer term benefit of all people living with viral hepatitis. Examples of research and policy documents are listed on the menu at left.
